Crisis Capability for Leaders: Confrontation Skills

When people have a pattern of making agreements, are fully willing and able to hold them up, and yet do not deliver on the agreements, leaders need to confront the behavior and correct it.

Assignments and tasks slip without any consequence; when agreements are broken, leaders blow-up, or ignore the issues. Working relationships are strained over broken promises.
