This program’s main objective is to ensure that each participant identifies
his or her strengths and challenges as a leader, and discovers and decides
what individual next steps are needed to achieve mastery of themselves.
Your employees may need these skills if:
Misaligned visions and perceptions create confusion and delay on achievement
of goals. Conflict arises because of poor or ingenuine communication.
Significant problems don't get solved because they aren'’t addressed.
Learning is seen as an event, as opposed to a process. Changes are
implemented in the workplace, but not supported at a grass roots' level.
Program Outcomes include:
- Recognize your leadership style and skill strengths
- Understand how to create lifelong learning and change
- Use a Communication Cycle to present your ideas, ask for reactions
and listen to others
- Hold a coaching conversation about goals, abilities, perceptions
and standards
- Make group decisions that build buy-in and create lasting results
- Hold a difficult conversation without damaging relationships
