Alex J. Grimshaw - Chief Executive Officer
Alex has been a consultant in the field of human resources since 1987
and specializes in team development and performance improvement. He has
presented a wide variety of programs in interpersonal communications,
sales, presentation skills, leadership and team building.
Prior to joining Lockwood Leadership International, Alex worked at Carrier
Corporation as a Sales Trainer, Marketing Manager, and Internal Consultant.
His extensive experience in team development also includes working with
the City of Miami to advance management and labor team development, which
enabled the city to solve critical financial issues. Additionally, Alex
has worked with New York State Electric and Gas, Sharp Electronics, The
Metropolitan Museum of Art, Montblanc, GE Capital, Burberry, Lacoste,
Estee Lauder and a number of other firms in the fashion, retail, manufacturing
and financial industries.

Kelly L. Fairbairn - President
Kelly specializes in design and customization of instructional programs
and overall human performance consulting. Prior to joining Lockwood Leadership
International, she worked as an Instructional Design Manager for Fleet
Mortgage Group and also as Director of Human Resources for two start-up
corporations in the southeast. Kelly has designed dozens of training programs
and served as a guest speaker at various training and human resources
seminars throughout the United States.
Kelly holds a Master's degree in Employee Counseling and Relations from
Binghamton University and a B.A. in Public Communication from Cornell
University. She is a member of the National Society for Performance &
Instruction, Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association
for Female Executives.
